Scope
We purchased this property after the previous owner had lived in for nearly 70 years. During this time they barely upgraded anything as it suited their living. The property underwent extensive renovation where it saw the retention of the front, whilst demolishing the majority of the structure. This allowed us to create 6 spacious bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and a super room for the ultimate family living.
Added Value
We increased the footprint by over double. Taking it from 152m2 to 406m2. This allowed us to create rooms that had purpose and function. The bifold to the rear allows the home to extend outdoors and bring outside in.
