The scope

We purchased this house and renovated throughout. Internally it was taken back to brick, upgraded with thermal insultation and fully required and plumbed. Fixtures and fittings were carefully chosen to portray the house it once was.

Added Value

Reintroducing historic features created a timeless elegance around the property. We carefully repointed the front facade using lime mortar. This brought the brickwork back to life and was sympathetic to the street scene. Internally we installed plaster coving, ceiling roses & cast iron fireplaces.
